Au­to­blog­ging Gone Wrong - Google Dis­sects Crappy Website

Okay, so we know peo­ple are spam­ming the web with crappy con­tent. Con­tent that is scraped from other sites, badly spun, or at worst even trans­lated to a dif­fer­ent lan­guage and then trans­lated back to English.

Now one those web mas­ters was „smart” enough to com­plain about his site not be­ing in­dexed in the Google fo­rum. Haha.

Google took the time to ac­tu­ally quote his badly spun con­tent and show him where it came from.

Let me end up with quot­ing the clos­ing sen­tence in this thread: „Scrap­ing con­tent from an­other source with­out adding value vi­o­lates our guidelines.”
