Twit­ter has sky­rock­eted to fame due to its user-friendly in­ter­face, very sim­ple setup, and the fact that it takes just a few words to tell the world how you feel and what your thoughts are. How­ever, it is the fact that it only al­lows a few char­ac­ters that puts it at a dis­ad­van­tage when com­par­ing mar­ket­ing plat­forms. For­tu­nately, there is a way to pub­lish longer tweets!

Tum­blr for Longer Tweets?

Tum­blr has al­ways been known as a pub­lish­ing plat­­form--a blog where you can share thoughts and pics. How­ever, those are not the only great things you can do with Tum­blr; you can use it for a lot of other things, too.

For in­stance, if you find that you are of­ten un­able to com­mu­ni­cate enough in­for­ma­tion in a 140-char­ac­ter Tweet, you may want to con­sider us­ing Tum­blr to Tweet in­stead. This will al­low you to write a mes­sage of any length; and then al­low Tum­blr to au­to­mat­i­cally Tweet the first 140 char­ac­ters of it with a link back to the blog post.
