Web 2.0 Marketing Tip #72: Get More Interactive with YouTube

YouTube is a great medium when you want to offer tutorials. After all, it is always easier to see how things are done compared to imagining it while reading an article. However, that is not only the great thing about YouTube.

Another good use of YouTube is to make live announcements. This is not for everyone, but if you decide to use it, it has the potential to lend a significant amount of credibility to your business.

Now, before you actually start creating the video, whipping out the webcam and getting to work, you must first spend some time planning out how your video will look. What do you want to communicate and how do you want to organize your message? These are important things to ask and answer before delivering a scatterbrained or confusing video message. You do not necessarily need to create a script; you just need to prepare an outline, which you can easily look at while filming.
